• International Skills Training Institute (ISTI) is a specialized skills training institute located in the National Capital Region of India.

• Accredited by National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC)

• We produce highly productive Technicians and Supervisors for the Solar PV Construction as well as O&M Operations.

How we do?

Following the spirit of Social Entrepreneurship, we aim to create an institution which is self-reliant, follows ethical and transparent business practices and creates a long lasting positive impact on the society. Since the majority of our students come from the poorest strata of our social system, ISTI doesn’t charge upfront tuition fee from students and banks upon following sources for our purpose:

• Support from Astongreens Management

• Donations from Individuals/Corporates

• Training Fee from EPC Contractors who deploy our trained technicians

• Government Grants

Our training program is designed to match the need of the industry by equipping the learners with academic knowledge coupled with practical “On-the-yard” training focused on using latest tools, Lean Construction methods and a keen focus on Productivity. With our unique time and motion study of each step in construction, we ensure that our students learn the best way to organize as teams and deliver highest productivity on ground. Removal of Waste at every step is what we imbibe in each and every one of our students (Remove MUDA)
